Sun Star AI Voice Automation may be used by healthcare-related businesses; however, use of our services in connection with Protected Health Information (PHI) is subject to additional regulatory requirements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Our services are designed to support communication and automation workflows, but we do not represent or guarantee that our platform is fully HIPAA-compliant in all configurations or use cases.

Clients are solely responsible for determining whether their use of our services involves PHI and for ensuring compliance with all applicable HIPAA requirements, including but not limited to:

• Obtaining and maintaining any required Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
• Ensuring proper handling, storage, and transmission of PHI
• Configuring systems and workflows to meet security and privacy standards
• Limiting the collection of sensitive health information where appropriate
