SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC provides customized digital services, automation systems, and ongoing subscription-based solutions. Due to the nature of this work, the following policies apply to all purchases and service agreements.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All payments made to SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to, setup fees, onboarding fees, design services, automation builds, consulting, and any custom development work.
Due to the time, labor, and resources required to deliver these services, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be honored once a project or service has begun.
Clients may cancel ongoing or subscription-based services at any time. However, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
Certain services, including AI voice automation, SMS systems, CRM access, hosting, and ongoing support, require active monthly subscriptions.
All subscription services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
If payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date, services may be suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC.
A reinstatement fee of $50 will be required to restore any suspended or terminated services due to non-payment. Restoration of services is not guaranteed and may require additional setup time.
Clients remain responsible for all outstanding balances, including any fees incurred during suspension or reinstatement.
Clients agree to use SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Any misuse of AI voice, messaging, automation systems, or related services is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC reserves the right to monitor usage and investigate suspected violations.
If, at our sole discretion, a client is found to be abusing or misusing the system, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice.
In cases of serious violations, services may be permanently terminated without refund, and access to systems, data, or configurations may be restricted.
SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the suspension or termination of services due to misuse.
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required materials, approvals, or communication for a period of 14 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned.
In such cases, SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC reserves the right to terminate the project without refund. Any work completed up to that point remains billable.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC to resolve the issue.
Any unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in additional fees, collections activity, or legal action.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary approvals required to complete services.
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or service credits.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
At the sole discretion of SunStar AI Voice Automation LLC, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services provided may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
If arbitration is elected, it shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider and held in Pinellas County, Florida.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees that any disputes or claims shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
The client expressly waives any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or similar proceedings.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Pinellas County, Florida, where permitted by law.
