Clients agree to provide accurate and necessary information, respond in a timely manner for approvals and updates, and maintain legal compliance in their business operations. Delays in communication may impact project timelines and results.

6. Intellectual Property

All completed and paid-for work becomes the property of the client unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any unpaid work remains the property of SunStar AI Voice Automation.

7. AI & Automation Services

Our AI and automation tools are designed to assist with communication and operations. AI responses may not always be perfect or error-free. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving automation behavior. We are not liable for decisions made based on automated outputs.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, CRM systems, SMS services, and email providers. We are not responsible for downtime, outages, policy changes, or pricing changes from these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability
