If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
SunStar provides business technology and automation solutions that may include:
The specific services provided to a customer are determined by the applicable order, proposal, checkout, invoice, service plan or written agreement.
A customer's selected services, features, pricing, payment schedule and project requirements may be described in an order form, online checkout, proposal, invoice or other written communication.
Services or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, approval or a separate agreement.
Project schedules and completion dates may depend on timely customer cooperation, approvals, content, credentials, business information and other materials reasonably required to complete the work.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information needed to configure and operate their services.
Customers are also responsible for:
Certain SunStar services use artificial intelligence, automated decision-making, machine-generated content, voice technology or third-party AI systems.
Customers should review their AI assistant's approved content, instructions and workflows and notify SunStar when changes are needed.
SunStar does not guarantee that an automated system will understand every caller, message, accent, request or unusual situation correctly.
SunStar solutions may connect with or depend upon third-party products and services, including telephone providers, messaging services, AI providers, payment processors, hosting platforms, CRM systems, domain providers, email services, analytics systems and other software.
Third-party platforms may modify their products, pricing, policies, APIs, availability or functionality at any time.
SunStar is not responsible for outages, restrictions, service changes or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers that are outside SunStar's reasonable control.
Customers using telephone, SMS, email or other communications technology are responsible for using those services in accordance with applicable laws, carrier rules and consent requirements.
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Telephone carriers, messaging providers, email providers and spam-filtering systems may delay, reject or block communications.
Standard carrier, messaging, usage or third-party fees may apply depending upon the applicable service.
Fees are determined by the service plan, order, proposal, invoice or checkout accepted by the customer.
Depending on the service, fees may include:
By providing a payment method and agreeing to recurring or usage-based billing, the customer authorizes charges consistent with the selected service and billing terms.
Applicable taxes may be added when required by law.
Certain services may renew or generate charges on a recurring or usage-based basis.
Where applicable, customers authorize SunStar and its payment processor to use the payment method on file for charges arising under the customer's selected service plan.
Usage-based services may be calculated according to the applicable pricing method described during checkout, onboarding or in the customer's service agreement.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed or otherwise unpaid, SunStar may contact the customer and attempt to resolve the payment.
SunStar may suspend, restrict or discontinue affected services when amounts remain unpaid, particularly where continued service would generate additional usage or third-party costs.
Restoring service may require payment of outstanding balances and resolution of the payment issue.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend upon the service purchased, work already completed, third-party expenses incurred, usage consumed and any applicable order or service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any non-waivable rights that may apply under applicable law.
Customers retain ownership of their business content, trademarks, logos, photographs and other materials that they provide to SunStar, subject to any rights owned by third parties.
The customer grants SunStar permission to use materials supplied by the customer as reasonably necessary to create, configure, host, maintain or support the customer's services.
